Delivery, payment & refunds

Delivery

Standard delivery for all orders — retail and member wholesale — is 10–12 business days. Every BillionHair Club order is carefully sourced and quality-inspected before shipment to ensure you receive premium-quality hair.

You can follow your order any time on the order tracking page using your order number and email. Your live carrier tracking number appears once your package reaches the US and is handed to the local carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL).

Refunds

Refunds are available if we are unable to fulfill your order, if your order is cancelled before shipment, or if a verified issue occurs. Refunds after shipment are reviewed case-by-case.

You may receive a refund when:

  • The supplier cannot fulfill the selected hair order.
  • The order is cancelled before shipment.
  • We cannot deliver within a reasonable extended timeframe.
  • You receive the wrong item, or a verified quality issue occurs.

After shipping: refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and are not issued automatically.

Unfortunately, the selected hair is temporarily unavailable from our supplier. Your order has been cancelled and your payment will be refunded. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
