Ordering & Delivery
How long does hair delivery take?
Standard delivery for Indian hair takes 10–12 business days. Malaysian & Virgin hair takes approx.. 5 business days for retail and member wholesale orders.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $9.99 USPS fee per 10 piece order or 1 wig.
How will I track my order?
Once the carrier has your package, you will receive live tracking information. You can use the Track Package button to open the official carrier tracking page and follow your delivery status.
Where do kits ship from?
The Student’s Kit ships domestically from our U.S. office through USPS.
Returns & Refunds
Can I receive a refund?
No Refunds on any product or training class deposits or sessions. Returns are allowed only if:
- The product arrives defective, damaged, or is the wrong item, and the issue is verified; or
- BillionHair Club is unable to fulfill or deliver the order; or
- Hair is proven defective
Can I cancel because I changed my mind?
No. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or buyer’s remorse refunds after payment.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact support within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product, the issue, and your order details and we’ll take care of it.
Membership
How does BillionHair Club membership work?
Membership is $24.99 per month. The first month is free as a 30-day trial, and the membership auto-renews monthly after that.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel anytime.
What do members receive?
Members receive access to wholesale pricing, your personal store link, (billionhairclub.com/yourname), wig-making education (paid members), and the BillionHair Club earning plan.
Earning Opportunity
How do members earn?
Members may earn through:
- Wholesale pricing and retail margin
- 10% / 7% / 3% downline commissions across the first three team levels
- 10% training referral when someone they refer enrolls in training
- 10% recurring membership residual on eligible member fees in their network
Is there a flat referral bonus?
No. BillionHair Club does not offer a flat referral bonus.
Are earnings guaranteed?
No. Earnings are not guaranteed. Results vary based on effort, sales, customer demand, consistency, and other factors.
When are commissions paid?
Earnings are tracked daily and paid weekly. Commissions remain pending until the related order is delivered. If an order is refunded, the related commission is cancelled.
Kids Make Wigs Program
What is Kids Make Wigs?
Kids Make Wigs is a youth wig-making education program designed to teach hands-on skills in a supervised learning environment.
What ages can join?
The program is for ages 8+.
How much does the program cost?
The program costs $99 per session.
How many sessions are included?
The full program includes 6 sessions, with 4 hours per session, for a total of 24 hours.
What is the total program cost?
The total cost is $594.
Is this employment or child labor?
No. Kids Make Wigs is an education program, not employment or child labor. Parental or guardian consent is required.
: Do I need sewing experience?👉 Nope! We teach you from scratch — no experience required.
Q: What will I learn?👉 How to sew, construct, and finish a professional wig step by step.
Q: Will I get hands-on practice?👉 Yes! You’ll make your own wig during class.
Q: Do I get to keep the wig?👉 100%! The wig you make is yours to take home.
Q: Is a certificate included?👉 Yes, you’ll walk away with a certificate of completion.
Q: Can I start a business after this?👉 Absolutely — wig making is a booming industry, and we’ll give you money-making tips or work with us!
Q: Online or in person?👉 Both! Choose the option that works best for you.
Q: Will I own the machine?👉 Yes, you will! You’ll receive 3 boxes in which you’ll assemble it yourself or hire a local sewing machine mechanic.
Q: How long does it take for the machine to arrive?👉 10-30 days depending on shipping method (industrial), and 3-7 days (heavy duty machine).
Q: Do you have a program for me to make money after I’ve completed the training?👉 Yes! We will pay you 2 ways! 1. Every person you train on behalf of BillionHair Club and 2. Every person you make a wig for!
Q: Is hair included in class👉 Yes. You can bring your own hair or purchase our wholesale Raw Indian Hair from your dashboard in our site.
Student’s Kit
What is included in the Student’s Kit?
The Student’s Kit is designed to support hands-on learning for wig-making students.
How much does the Student’s Kit cost?
There are two options:
- With sewing machine: $599
- Without sewing machine: $299
Who should choose the kit without a sewing machine?
The $299 option is for students who already have access to a sewing machine and only need the essentials.
Payments & Security
How do I pay?
Payments are processed online through Stripe using card payment.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are handled through Stripe, a trusted payment processor.
Who can see my order and tracking information?
Only the admin and the actual customer can see full delivery and tracking details. Members do not see referred customers’ private information.
